To register and use the vvj platform, you must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine law. You must be a resident of or physically located within the Philippines at the time of play. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering, or using any feature of the vvj platform in any capacity. vvj reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be suspended immediately and any balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. You must also ensure that online gaming is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your specific location within the Philippines. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the vvj platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, payment method, or household — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, vvj reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-malfunction state. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
